01 · Reply

We read every enquiry ourselves and come back to you to talk through what you've seen.

02 · Price

The price is confirmed with you before anything is booked. An inspection is a set fee; treatments are quoted properly, never guessed.

03 · Inspect

A licensed technician does the work to the standard it's named after: AS 4349.3 for timber pest inspections, AS 3660 for termite management.

04 · Report

You get the findings in writing: what's active, what's conducive, what we recommend and when we should look again.
