Where we work around the lake
The lake decides the geography here, so the round runs both shores: the eastern corridor from Charlestown down to Swansea, the western shore through Toronto, and the southern townships out to Morisset. Same standard everywhere; each suburb just gives us different things to look at.
Eastern shore and the Newcastle line
Charlestown to Swansea
The district's densest established housing: deep streets of timber-framed homes on subfloors, strata blocks around the town centres, and everything within the Newcastle funnel-web's known range in the LGA's north.
- 2290
Charlestown
The LGA's commercial hub and its densest established streets, two kilometres from the Newcastle boundary.

Mount Hutton
Hillside detached homes above Charlestown, older stock with real subfloors.
the local page → - 2282
Warners Bay
The cafe strip and the esplanade, with a genuine strata segment: roughly four in ten dwellings are units.
the local page → - 2284
Speers Point
Lakeside parkland streets at the lake's northern tip, established weatherboard and brick.
the local page → - 2280
Belmont
The eastern shore's boating suburb: established timber homes in humid lakeside air.
the local page → - 2281
Swansea
Where the channel lets the ocean in: salt air, holiday lets and hard-working older homes.

Western shore and the south
Toronto, Cardiff and out to Morisset
The western shore runs its own rhythm around Toronto's town centre, and the southern townships back onto genuine bushland, which changes what an inspection looks for.
- 2283
Toronto
The western shore's own town, thirty kilometres from Newcastle and not a satellite of it. Mature streets, a real strata centre, bay suburbs all around.
the local page → - 2285
Cardiff
Established homes between the highway and the rail line, with the industrial fringe alongside.
the local page → - 2264
Morisset
The southern growth township on the bush fringe, where the council's Cooranbong to Martinsville corridor begins.

Between and beyond these, we cover the whole LGA: the bay suburbs around Toronto, the corridor villages, and the streets that don't make a list like this. If your suburb is in Lake Macquarie, it's in the round. Name it in the enquiry and it's covered.

What changes from suburb to suburb
Charlestown, Cardiff, Toronto, Belmont and their kind: ant caps, pier lines and subfloor ventilation are the first twenty minutes of the job.
Whitebridge to Redhead, Cooranbong to Martinsville (the council's own named corridors): garden timber, firewood stacks and the tree line get the attention, and the spider season runs harder.
Warners Bay and Toronto carry real unit stock. Shared walls change how cockroach and rodent work is done; we treat the building's pattern, not one kitchen at a time.
The Newcastle funnel-web's entire known range sits within about 25 km of Newcastle, which takes in Charlestown, Cardiff and Speers Point. Awareness, not alarm: we'll tell you honestly what that means at your place.
