What the enquiry form collects, why we collect it, and what we do and don't do with it. We keep our reports short and factual; this page is written the same way.
What we collect
The enquiry form, and nothing sneakier
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name and best contact number, an email address and suburb if you choose to give them, the kind of job and property, and your note about what you've seen and where.
We collect it for one reason: so we can respond to your enquiry. We may share your details with a suitable local pest-control provider to service your request. That's the whole list. Your details are not sold, and they don't feed a marketing database.
Keeping the bots out
Anti-spam, the quiet way
The form carries one hidden field, named "website", that a person filling in the form never sees. Automated spam scripts fill in every field they find, including that one, and a submission with the hidden field filled is discarded. No puzzle to solve, no boxes of traffic lights to click, and nothing about you is profiled to make it work.
What this site doesn't run
The absences, on the record
No analytics or tag-manager scripts. Your visit isn't measured or tracked.
No marketing or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner to click away.
No newsletter and no email capture. The only thing that sends us your address is you, on the enquiry form, if you choose to.
Your details, your call
Ask what we hold, or have it removed
If you'd like to know what details of yours we hold, want them corrected, or want them removed, say so through the enquiry form and we'll sort it out and confirm in writing. The same form that collects the information is the channel for asking about it.
