The Inspection Round · a planner, not a diagnosis
Your pest year in Lake Macquarie
The district's pest pressure runs on a calendar: termites all year, insects through the warm months, rodents indoors from autumn. Answer four short questions and the wheel re-draws for your place, then puts the plan in writing, the way we do everything.

What this planner is, and isn't
A calendar, not a verdict
The wheel plans; it doesn't diagnose. It can tell you that rodent pressure builds from April on this coast and that your bushland-fringe street runs a harder spider season. It cannot tell you whether termites are in your subfloor right now. Nothing on a screen can. That takes a licensed technician, on site, working to AS 4349.3, which is precisely the point of booking one.
And if you've already seen something, mud leads on a pier, timber that sounds papery, a flight of winged insects from a wall on a humid evening, don't disturb it. Leave it as it is and book the inspection. The less the workings are touched, the more the inspection can read from them.
